Die Anstalt

DIE ANSTALT:

After their EP Rat Race of 2024 has already left its mark on the underground music
scene, DIE ANSTALT has now released their debut album September this year and is
bringing their new songs to the live stages across several cities in Europe. The trio
formed in 2023 in Berlin brings an explosive mix to the table taking its inspirations
from NDW, early 80s EBM, synth wave/punk and 60s surf guitar. Their explosive live
performances have already captivated international audiences.

BIO 2 (written by Tact.)
Die Anstalt is a Berlin-based Post-Punk + Minimal Synth trio that emerged in 2023, quickly
gaining recognition for their intense fusion of early EBM, synth-punk, and classic Post-Punk
elements. Their sound is driven by pounding electronic rhythms, jagged guitars, and stark,
commanding vocals, channeling the grit and tension of 1980s Industrial subcultures with a
sharp, contemporary edge.
Known for their theatrical, high-energy live performances, the band delivers a hypnotic and
confrontational experience that blurs the line between Punk ferocity and electronic precision.
With a strong visual identity and a no-compromise approach to sound, Die Anstalt has quickly
become a standout act of Berlin's underground scene.

DrugSearchingDogs

DRUG SEARCHING DOGS:

The dogs are on the run! Drug Searching Dogs are a stroke of luck for Vienna and for all people and animals looking for immersion, catharsis, and ecstatic live concerts. Fleabag (guitar), Borderline Collie (drum machine) and Riotweiler (vocals & no-input mixer) present a thunderstorm of metal riffs, electronic noise and distorted beats and vocals. The trio improvises vigorously with bleeps, glitches and any kind of distortion: Krrrrrrrrrrrrcchhhhhh, Shhhhhhhsszzzzz! They describe their music as an exchange of raw energy, harsh noise metalcore or idiosyncratic canine core. DSD shows are about the experience, about touch and about collectively freaking out in a world that is far too rigid. With lots of electronics, but: »It's punk rock after all«, the doggies emphasize, baring their wretched canines. DSD don't only stand for fun, as their lyrics prove. Because Dadaism or not - there is a serious political message: Free all animals, free all plants, free all people! Canines of the world, unite! After many live shows, demo tapes and their debut release on Free Christian Ringtones, the time has come after exactly two years of the bands existence: Drug Searching Dogs are releasing their longplayer »Zwinger« digitally and on vinyl via Interstellar Records (INT063).

Anyone who has experienced a DSD live show will not forget it, whether human or dog!
They sound way mangier on stage than on their recordings, but for »Zwinger« they didn't record everything cleanly and well-behaved with headphones but recorded doggy style at SchloR - an alternative house project with a studio. As soon as you put the needle on the record, you can hear Riotweiler drooling into the microphone, and you can literally smell the musty cellars and punk pubs without ventilation where they used to play. The lyrics are now also easier to understand, partly because you can now read them in the gatefold. With a can of beer or a cup of tea, you can now concentrate fully on the music - and surrender unconditionally to the noise intoxication: DSD love deep listening!

Tonto

TONTO:

Francesco Zedde (b. 1993, Italy) is a multimedia artist based in the Netherlands. His curiosity is often driven by societal and metalinguistic questions, and much of his work centers on the idea of the musical event as a social practice, employing DIY methods of organization and creation. This commitment began with playing and organizing concerts and later expanded into diverse creative fields, including hacking, circuit bending, augmented instruments, and interactive installations. In his practice, the use of obsolete and discarded materials holds both rhetorical significance and political weight, serving as a stance of resistance against corporate production and consumerism.

Francesco holds a professional qualification in film music composition, a bachelor’s degree in electronic music, a master’s degree in sound design, and a master’s degree in music and technologies.

He works primarily as a performing artist and teacher , creates noise music under the stage name Tonto <http://www.frazedde.eu/tonto>, and produces electronic music as Tacet Tacet Tacet .

Francesco is also one of the founders and organizers of the Discomfort Dispatch concert series, an initiative dedicated to showcasing electronic and free improvised music.

Since 2011, he has actively participated in over 20 projects and bands, released 10 solo albums, contributed to more than 30 records, and performed around 700 concerts across 21 countries. His music has been released by over 20 labels, including Midira, Artetetra, and Attenuation Circuit.

In addition to an extensive live performance portfolio, Fra undertakes diverse works such as composition of soundtracks, facilitation of workshops, creation of machines and instruments, development of software.

Julia Effekt

JULIA EFFEKT:

Viktoria Paty

VIKTORIA PATY:

Viktoria Paty is a half-Polish, half-Austrian artist known for her multifaceted edgy
sound selection rooted in underground spirit.
“Stay present and dance it out.”
— VP

Her musical journey began to fully unfold after her first rave experience nearly a
decade ago. Since then, she has explored a wide range of music scenes across
several countries, channeling genres such as Techno, House, Electro, Breakbeat,
and Drum & Bass into her evolving identity.

The dynamic progression of hers has been celebrated across Austria or Germany
before under the Dj name VIRA66, with performances in renowned clubs and
venues including Grelle Forelle, Dom im Berg, Forum Stadtpark, Postgarage
and many more.

Each set unfolds in its own way, shaped by the space and the crowd - yet she
stays true to her signature sound: which is alive, includes a touch of dystopian
grunginess drawn from old-school grit, heavy breaks, and groove-driven
structures, deeply influenced by 90s and early-2000s rave sonics.
Beyond music, Paty’s style embodies freedom, fairness and resistance
-values she also stands for in life.
