PALOMA 004 (Indie Rock / Post Punk) WIEN, AT

Paloma 004 ist eine Indie-Rock Band aus Wien, in deren Sound Einflüsse aus Post Punk, Grunge, Shoegaze und Synthpop zusammenkommen. 2021 als Soloprojekt entstanden, spielen sie aktuell zu viert. Eingängige Melodien und melancholische Entrücktheit treffen auf angepisste Riffs, treibende Rhythmen und eine Portion Irrwitz, während die kritischen Texte zum Nachdenken anregen.

Paloma 004 play indie rock with catchy lead melodies and pissed off grunge riffs, occasionally dipping into synth pop.
What started out as a solo project in 2021 is now a band with four members. While the music oscillates between the melancholic, the plain and the quirky, the lyrics address everyday confusion and existential questions.

Dazed Pilots

2012 treffen sich Rico Mynthen und Jonas Geise im oberösterreichischen Linz und beschließen, Rock’n’Roll zu spielen. Sie nennen sich fortan Dazed Pilots. Nach 2 Jahren nehmen sie ihr erstes Album auf, „Drummers & Codies“, das vom ehemaligen Wiener Label Totally Wired Records veröffentlicht wird und präsentieren dieses im Fluc Wien. Das zweite Album „K.T.F.T.“ folgt 2018 und wird vom Nachfolger - Label Cut Surface Records in Wien publiziert. In der Zwischenzeit bespielen die Dazed Pilots Orte wie die Kapu und Stadtwerkstatt in Linz, Rhiz, Weberknecht, Kramladen, Au, Venster99 in Wien, das Rockhouse und die Arge in Salzburg oder das Sub in Graz. Auch kommt es zu Supports von Acts wie Xiu Xiu oder Colleen Green. 2023/24 bringt das Duo neue Songs heraus, die - wie auch schon bei „K.T.F.T.“ - von Philipp Hanich, auch bekannt als „Bruch“, aufgenommen und produziert werden. Weiters arbeiten die Dazed Pilots
an einer neuen Platte und treten vermehrt auf. Man sollte sie sich live und in voller Fahrt nicht entgehen lassen.
